I am a human being learning, like you, how to be here.
In a world that can feel overwhelming, I offer space to slow down, understand what you are carrying, and find ways to cope that feel aligned, rooted in care, intention, and honesty.
You are welcome exactly the way you are.

Clinical Modality
My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in curiosity.
I support clients in exploring how their experiences shape how they feel, relate, and move through the world.
Our work will include reconnecting with the body, making meaning of what you’ve been carrying, and gently challenging patterns in ways that open space for new perspectives, healing, and growth.
My therapeutic approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Breathwork, Yoga, Somatic Abolitionism, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Feminist Theory, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Holistic & Integrative Health (mind-body-community-spirit), Spirituality, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Inner Child, Wonder-Based Healing Modalities.
