I offer individual talk therapy for adults with a somatic-based, emotion-focused lens and approach sessions with an understanding of the impacts of systemic and intergenerational harm. My approach is relational, culturally aware, trauma-informed, and grounded in holistic healing.
-
My work integrates relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches. I believe healing happens through safety, curiosity, embodiment, authenticity, and compassionate reflection — not through shame or pressure to “perform” wellness.
-
I value depth, gentleness, authenticity, humor and creating a space where you do not have to perform healing or have everything figured out. Therapy with me may include reflection, emotional processing, somatic awareness, insight-building, and moments of softness, humor, and grounding along the way.
-
I offer self-pay sliding scale, centering at $150 per 55-minute session. Limited reduced-rate spots (sliding scale) may be available based on financial need.
-
To me, rootedness, is about returning to yourself: your body, your truth, your boundaries, your history, your relationships, your creativity, and your capacity for presence, rest and connection.
-
Collaborative, honest, flexible, human.
